Lead end-to-end requirement gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
Manage relationships across business, technology, compliance, and vendor stakeholders; align competing priorities into a coherent product roadmap
Author clear, structured requirement documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process flows)
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, sprint-ready user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Own and prioritize the product backlog; partner with Scrum teams through sprint planning, grooming, and UAT
Define and validate acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA and engineering
Evaluate AI/ML and automation use cases for feasibility, business value, and risk (model accuracy, data quality, explainability, compliance)
Partner with data science/engineering teams to define training data needs, evaluation metrics, and success criteria for AI features
Drive UAT planning, execution, and sign-off with business stakeholders
Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on user feedback and product metrics

8–15 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Program Management within technology-driven environments
Strong hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Working knowledge of AI/ML product concepts (LLMs, agentic workflows, automation platforms)
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
