Role Overview
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and processes
- Partner with vendors, Accounting, Pricebook, and IT teams
- Coordinate vendor setup for EDI invoicing across the U.S. and Canada
- Advise on technical specifications, test and certify new vendor implementations
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
- Configure the electronic invoice processing system to meet the needs of vendors and stores
- Assist in testing and certification of program changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or information systems an asset
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in Pricebook, Accounting, IT, or EDI-related roles preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple disciplines (Accounting, Pricebook, and IT), tailoring messaging to suit the audience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in managing timelines and delivering high-quality work under deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of PDI Enterprise (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in French/English (an asset)
