Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience with business/data analysis (healthcare preferred).
Proven experience leading projects or workstreams.
Advanced Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write complex queries, joins, and perform data manipulation.
Intermediate to Advanced Tableau: Ability to design and utilize interactive dashboards.
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint: Expert-level skills in data manipulation and executive-level presentation design.
