Serve as a primary trainer for the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS)
Provide new staff training and continuing education workshops for DCFS staff
Manage and evaluate new workers’ performance related to training content and skills mastery
Provide individual consultation with new workers regarding knowledge and skill development
Maintain required training data and documentation related to training participants and outcomes
Assist with ongoing curricula revisions and development of new curricula

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related fields
Five (5) years of professional experience with children and families (public child welfare)
Two (2) years’ experience with DCFS Division Information Management System
Experience and training in curriculum development and training delivery.
