About this role
Role Overview
Provide expert advice and creative consultation on compensation matters
Manage and analyze market data
Oversee the execution of compensation programs
Develop and deliver training sessions for HRBPs and managers
Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations
Lead and participate in compensation-related projects
Stay informed and adaptable to changes in technology, particularly in Generative AI and automation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP) is preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in compensation
Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
Proven experience in market data analysis, benchmarking, and developing compensation strategies
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
