Support the regional procurement team in enhancing visibility, governance, analytical capabilities, and operational performance across the IMEA region.
Prepare executive presentations, management reports, briefing notes, and decision-support materials.
Support the preparation of monthly business reviews, quarterly strategy reviews, and annual planning exercises.
Translate strategic priorities into structured action plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
Contribute to regional and global procurement governance discussions and strategic reviews.
Monitor strategic initiatives and track their progress against established objectives.
Identify risks, delays, bottlenecks, and potential gaps in execution.
Follow up on actions, commitments, and decisions taken during procurement meetings and governance forums.
Analyze spend patterns, supplier performance, operational KPIs, and cost drivers.
Develop analytical models to support benchmarking, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support procurement initiatives through analytical, financial, and operational assessments.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Requirements
Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field
2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, strategy, consulting, analytics, operations, shipping, logistics, ports, terminal operations, or related industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Power BI, dashboarding, data visualization tools, automation solutions, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and international environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate across functions without direct authority
Comfortable working with large datasets and performance reporting tools
Knowledge of shipping, logistics, terminal operations, procurement, or supply chain environments is an advantage
Exposure to financial analysis, commercial contracts, or operational performance management is a plus
Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious mindset
Team player with a strong collaborative approach
Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic would be an advantage.
