Role Overview
- Manage and grow a team of Supplier Performance employees
- Acts as an authorized agent of the company managing all supplier related activities
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
- More than 5 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- More than 5 years of experience negotiating and executing contracts with suppliers
