About this role
Role Overview
- Manage, develop and strategically expand our partner network.
- Advise and further develop our power partners as a trusted peer.
- Acquire, qualify and onboard new partners.
- Conduct partner meetings, trainings and events (on-site & virtual).
- Support partners with customer projects, trade shows and presentations.
- Develop and support C&I (Commercial & Industrial) projects.
- Ensure data quality and pipeline management in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Address open items and ensure proper sales processes.
Requirements
- Experience in the solar or energy industry
- Ideally hands-on experience in the trades (e.g., installers, electricians or solar technicians)
- Initial experience with larger projects, especially in the C&I sector
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong intrinsic motivation for the energy transition and the solar industry
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence
- Persuasiveness and the ability to advise and inspire partners as an equal
- High willingness to travel is expected.
