Role Overview

• Handle sourcing and submissions on a split-fee basis
• Manage all client relationships and business development
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers
• Collect fees and ensure payments for placements

Requirements

• An established agency with a team of recruiters
• Active sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or ZipRecruiter
• Demonstrated experience placing candidates with US employers in at least one of our active verticals
• Capacity to submit qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving a job order.
