Offer, sell, and provide consultations to the bank's clients regarding the full range of banking products for individuals.
Provide comprehensive banking services to individual clients.
Substitute the Cashier during leave or sick days.
Be familiar with the bank's main competitors in the retail banking market.
Identify clients' needs and offer the most suitable products and services.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients.
Attract new clients.
Ensure timely reminders and collection of debts from clients.
Take targeted actions to retain the bank's clients.

Higher education (a degree in Economics is an advantage).
A minimum of two years of experience in the banking sector is a significant advantage.
Willingness to handle cash operations and substitute the Cashier when needed.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Computer literacy.
Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, composure, and adherence to confidentiality.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to use AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc.
