integrate organizational people priorities and enterprise-wide management and leadership development expectations into training and development offerings and engagement opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s required; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., M.S., M.A., M.B.A.) in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in progressive organizational development, leadership development, or equivalent field required.
OD background and change management capability at the individual, team, and organization levels.
Proven track record of working with HR and business leaders to develop and deploy enterprise-wide strategies, programs, and processes.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with cultural competency and diversity / equity-related implementation projects.
