Role Overview
- Provide strategic and operational financial support for assigned business units.
- Facilitate operating and capital forecasts and monthly operating reviews.
- Act as a project manager ensuring goal achievement.
- Mentor other Finance Partners and assist in developing a high performing team.
- Analyze financial performance and assist in financial education for operational teams.
- Conduct monthly operating reviews and support capital requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 6 years Related work experience (Required)
- Preferred experience: Pharmacy and/or Health Plan.
