Provides day to day support for new product setup end to end in S4 system and other required systems for other activities including cost and pricing.
Prepare and maintain the product setup master.
Manage customer escalations or queries effectively and efficiently.
Ensure accurate documentation to support overall service operations.
Communicate effectively to the stakeholders on the product setup management.
Support service product master data reporting.
Demonstrates expertise in resolving highly complex issues and proactively supports external-facing stakeholders in delivering exceptional customer experience.
Performs in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues in service master data.
Collaborates with other departments and support groups to resolve routine to moderately complex issues, fostering effective teamwork and innovative solutions.
Provides leadership and guidance to lower-level support coordinators, offering training, mentoring, and support to help them excel in their roles.
Monitors quality assurance processes to ensure that all meet established standards and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
High school diploma and university graduate
Typically has 3+ years of related working experience in material master data setup and preferably familiar with SAP.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana applications
