Role Overview
- Manage talent partner relationships as the primary point of contact, driving alignment on hiring needs and performance.
- Review partner-submitted candidates, present qualified talent to hiring teams, and maintain a strong pipeline for priority roles.
- Design streamlined processes and workflows to track partner-sourced candidates and improve visibility across the hiring pipeline.
- Track performance metrics, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend improvements to strengthen partner and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams on hiring priorities while supporting partnership events, candidate readiness efforts, and broader TA initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Beamery) preferred
