Role Overview
- Underwrite conventional residential mortgage loans per product and investor guidelines
- Ensure loans are in compliance with investor requirements, federal and state laws
- Perform risk assessment of credit and collateral
- Respond to and resolve any post-closing issues
- Assist management to clear conditions and expedite loan closings
Requirements
- Associates degree or 2 years relevant experience
- Three years mortgage processing/underwriting experience
