Proven ability to manage change in projects
Manage mixed skill team of associates, become part of the leadership group of the Development Centre.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior business and IT leaders
Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, proactively managing risks and escalations
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies, automation opportunities, and service enhancements
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in line with define processes and best practices
Oversee third-party/vendor performance where applicable
Support commercial governance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Proven experience managing Development activities within a banking or financial services environment
Strong understanding of regulated environments, compliance, and risk management
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development projects
Solid knowledge and commitment to processes and data driven management
Demonstrated ability to manage complex development projects and senior stakeholders
Experience managing budgets and service profitability
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience working with global delivery models
Experience with participation in Audits (ISO 20001 especially)
Experience within outsourced / MSP environments
