Role Overview
- Organize and provide on-site support for client events
- Assist with conceptual, content-related and organizational preparation of our events
- Contribute to the development of cross-media concepts
- Prepare professional corporate presentations
- Maintain and contribute to the conceptual development of our website
- Handle general day-to-day tasks
- Support and gain exposure to social media activities
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
- Living in or near Aachen
- Flexible and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, strong communication skills, and a high level of commitment
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficient with standard MS Office applications and comfortable working in online/digital environments
