Support transaction processes with deal value assessments, cost of capital analysis, and capital management advice.
Prepare Independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding proposed transactions.
Conduct portfolio business reviews to enhance business performance and investment analysis.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, FINSIA, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance.
Experience in business valuations across multiple industries.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Commercial insight and strategic thinking to advise clients confidently.
