12+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or architecture
Deep experience with AI/ML platforms and generative AI
Experience designing agent-based systems or orchestration frameworks
Strong background in cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
Knowledge of APIs, data platforms, vector databases, and retrieval-based systems
Familiarity with identity, security, and governance patterns for enterprise systems
Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
Passion for mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
