About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong client relationships
Proactively drive TRKKN's commercial growth
Ensure successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and fulfilling client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve client challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze accounts and conduct business reviews, develop strategic roadmaps, and identify new opportunities to advance digital maturity
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any emerging issues
Work with external technology partners
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends to deliver the most relevant support to our clients
Requirements
Proven experience in account management within the tech and digital marketing industry
Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Highly detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities
Self-starter mindset, driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
Excellent command of English and German (minimum C1 level)
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 15%)
