Ownership of the renewal process
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as their trusted advisor.
Drive customer adoption and engagement, helping customers maximize the value of the ODILO platform.
Lead regular follow-up meetings and business reviews to align on objectives and next steps.
Proactively identify risks, define action plans and coordinate internal teams to ensure customer success.
Partner with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities for renewals and account growth while contributing to long-term customer retention.
Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
Requirements
Has at least 3 years of experience in Tech startups dealing with B2B clients
Experience managing B2B customers, ideally in SaaS or technology environments.
Is skilled in building and maintaining solid client relationships and generating growth strategies.
Can easily understand client needs and identify opportunities.
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization, project management, and time management.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Hability to work with CRM tools and KPIS.
Works well independently, feeling comfortable with tight deadlines.
