Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong client relationships

Ensure successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and fulfilling client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to client challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze accounts and conduct business reviews, develop strategic roadmaps and identify new opportunities to enhance digital maturity
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues that arise
Work with external technology partners
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends to deliver the most relevant support to our clients

Proven experience in account management within the tech and digital marketing sector
Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Highly detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
Self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
Fluent in English and German (minimum C1) with excellent communication skills in both languages
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 15%)
