About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute the analytics strategy for the People Relations & Enablement function.
Define, measure, and monitor key metrics that support enterprise decision-making and risk mitigation.
Design and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide actionable insights.
Analyze people-related data to identify trends, emerging issues, organizational hotspots, and systemic risks.
Translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Provide insight-driven guidance that helps leaders understand root causes and make informed decisions.
Partner with Technology, Workforce Analytics, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and confidentiality.
Establish data definitions, reporting standards, and governance processes that promote consistency and transparency.
Support automation initiatives and real-time reporting capabilities that enhance operational effectiveness.
Measure the impact of investigations, training initiatives, policy implementation, and resolution strategies.
Identify opportunities for early intervention and prevention by leveraging analytics to reduce recurring issues.
Create feedback loops that inform policy development, training strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
Advance a proactive, data-informed People Relations & Enablement operating model focused on organizational health and trust.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in People Relations, Workforce Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Partnering, or related advisory functions.
Experience developing and interpreting workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and identify meaningful patterns, risks, and opportunities.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
Strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance enterprise priorities and operational needs.
Strong judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working with sensitive and confidential employee-related information.
Ability to navigate ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Preferred Master's degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
