About this role
Role Overview
- Play a critical role within the Group Benefits (GB) Process Transformation team
- Drive large-scale, measurable improvements across the Group Benefits Operations business
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Own end-to-end improvement initiatives
- Lead rigorous, data-driven problem solving
- Design future-state processes that improve throughput
- Establish performance baselines using operational data
- Partner with technology and automation teams for enabling process improvements
Requirements
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification required (Black Belt preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in process transformation, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
- Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream management
- Strong data analytics capability
- Clear, structured communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders (Director / AVP level)
