About this role
Role Overview
Internship assignments will provide real-world exposure in one or more of the following areas: Accounting and Controllership, Auditing and Internal Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting and Modeling, Corporate Audit, Corporate Tax.
You will work on projects that build technical skills, business insight, and professional competencies critical to success in finance and accounting roles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater.
Eligible for full-time hire or a repeat internship within one year of completing this current internship.
Willingness to relocate to Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN.
Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, extracurricular activities, or work experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous growth.
Strong work ethic and a high level of critical and analytical thinking skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a related business field.
Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
