Plan and execute internal communication campaigns aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
Develop content for multiple channels, such as email marketing, intranet, Microsoft Teams, corporate TV, newsletters, SMS, corporate WhatsApp and corporate announcements.
Act as a partner to internal teams, understanding requests and proposing appropriate communication solutions.
Manage timelines and monitor the execution of concurrent actions and campaigns.
Prepare briefings and manage relationships with suppliers, agencies and partners when necessary.
Produce and edit content, ensuring adherence to the company’s tone of voice and communication standards.
Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports, proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications or Endomarketing.
Excellent writing skills and strong command of the Portuguese language.
Experience managing multiple projects and serving diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of planning and executing communication campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with different audiences.
