Lead and direct all project personnel and serve as the primary point of contact for NYC DOE.
Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project schedule, work plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
Manage project scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project performance.
Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables in accordance with contract requirements and DOE expectations.
Coordinate project activities across business, technical, testing, training, reporting, and data management teams.
Facilitate project status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with DOE standards, SDLC methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
Manage project change requests, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities.
Collaborate with DOE leadership to support strategic planning, decision-making, and continuous process improvement.
Ensure effective coordination between contractor personnel, DOE staff, and third-party stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise information technology projects.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Extensive experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk management.
Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, HP ALM/Quality Center, and Jira.
Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall.
Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams supporting application development, testing, business analysis, training, data management, and reporting initiatives.
