Role Overview
- Provide the highest quality repair and maintenance service to company and third-party products
- Demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills
- Work on equipment in customers' homes
- Collaborate with diverse customers, including vulnerable and elderly individuals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer
- Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles)
- Experience of testing Fire Systems
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
- Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
- Good time management & planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
