Identify and acquire new corporate clients, growing the company’s corporate portfolio.
Serve as the main point of contact for large corporate accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the Account Manager and the Renewals & Cross Sell roles to manage the corporate portfolio and support ongoing client needs.
Achieve specific annual goals related to new client acquisition and upselling/cross selling to long-tail customers.
Build partnerships with agencies and other collaborators to drive adoption of our SaaS and hosting portfolio.
Establish long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring loyalty and increased revenue.
Proactively ask existing partners and clients for referrals to identify new selling opportunities.
Follow up on referral leads, nurturing them into successful partnerships or corporate accounts.
Work with other team.blue companies to provide reseller services, ensuring smooth operations for customers.
Act as a liaison between team.blue service providers and the company to resolve issues and enhance service offerings.
Partner with the Sales Manager, who oversees inbound sales, renewals & cross-selling, to align sales strategies and corporate account activities.
Collaborate with Support and Sales team members to identify potential corporate leads within the existing customer base.
Provide feedback and suggestions to the Head of Customer Experience for customers’ needs, improving products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
Actively contribute to the company’s goals by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, with a focus on corporate clients and channel management.
Ability to manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
Familiarity with web / cloud hosting and Software as a Service domain will be considered a plus.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot, and the ability to use these tools for sales and reporting purposes.
Strong ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be considered a plus.
Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
Ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
