Role Overview
- Manage essential quality processes independently
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Proactively inspect work sites to detect hazards
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents and customer complaints
- Propose changes to testing parameters and streamline procedures
- Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain documentation
Requirements
- MBO level 3 or 4 in a technical or related field
- Proven experience in quality and safety within a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to collect samples and conduct visual inspections
- Strong communication skills to translate safety rules into instructions
- Comfortable planning your own work and taking responsibility
- Familiarity with ISO standards or formal auditing is nice to have
