Software Quality Specialist

Role Overview

• Define and evolve the organization's Quality Engineering strategy.
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for software quality.
• Promote adoption of Shift Left and Quality by Design practices.
• Serve as a technical reference on topics related to software quality.
• Foster test automation across multiple layers, including Web, API, and Mobile.
• Define quality, engineering, and reliability metrics and indicators.
• Influence leaders and squads to adopt a shared quality culture.
• Facilitate communities of practice, chapters, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support digital transformation processes and the evolution of quality maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• MBA in Technology preferred.
• Proven experience in Software Quality and Quality Engineering.
• Experience leading teams, chapters, or QA/QE communities of practice.
• Experience in agile environments and product-oriented organizations.
• Track record of implementing test automation at scale.
• Experience driving cultural transformation related to quality.
