Investigate and resolve manufacturing non-conformances affecting aircraft structures and assemblies
Evaluate manufacturing deviations and determine their impact on product performance, safety, and compliance
Develop engineering dispositions, sketches, and technical solutions in accordance with industry and company standards
Collaborate with Stress, Materials & Processes, Aerodynamics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support production activities
Provide technical support for operational issues, design changes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring customer requirements are met

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of MRB/MAP experience within commercial or business aviation, or 8+ years of aerospace design engineering experience
Strong knowledge of aircraft structures (airframe) and system installations
Experience with CATIA V5 or similar CAD software
Knowledge of mechanics of materials, stress-strain analysis, and composite materials
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
