You will run a rolling portfolio of the group's operational and administrative projects end-to-end — obtaining certifications, licenses, and permits; opening international bank accounts; and coordinating corporate setups across jurisdictions.
You keep each project moving, chase the external parties, keep the paperwork in order, and drive things to completion so leadership doesn't have to.
Requirements
Project coordination — proven track record running administrative or operational projects end-to-end, to completion.
Organization & follow-through — exceptional attention to detail and the persistence to chase institutions until things are done.
Bureaucracy-comfortable — at ease navigating licenses, certifications, bank onboarding / KYC, notaries, and government or corporate processes.
English — fluent written and spoken English is mandatory — you will be in constant contact with international institutions.
Tools — comfortable with project-management tools (Asana / ClickUp / Notion / Trello) and spreadsheets / document management.
Self-management — reliable and remote-proven; delivers without daily supervision.
Nice to have — Russian, Domain experience, Spanish, Certification / education.
