Maintain and increase sales volume with existing and new accounts for Teradyne Robotics’ portfolio of collaborative robots and autonomous mobile robots
Manage the Northern France territory and drive business growth by developing opportunities with end-user customers across manufacturing, logistics, and other target industries
Create demand, identify automation opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
Engage directly with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions as strategic tools to improve productivity, flexibility, and operational efficiency
Own and deliver sales targets for both Universal Robots and MiR within the assigned territory
Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with company objectives
Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with end-user customers
Manage and expand relationships with distributors, certified partners, system integrators, and OEMs
Support partners throughout the sales cycle, including customer visits, opportunity development, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial discussions
Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting, and sales activities through Salesforce CRM
Drive KPIs and action plans to achieve annual revenue targets
Collaborate closely with Application Engineers to support demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops
Represent Teradyne Robotics at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences
Travel regularly throughout Northern France to support customers and partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Automation, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience selling industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technologies, intralogistics solutions, or other technical products
Strong business development mindset with the ability to generate and convert new opportunities
Experience engaging directly with end-user customers and navigating complex sales cycles
Experience working with distributors, system integrators, OEMs, or indirect sales channels
Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives
Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and structured sales processes
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Fluent French and professional English required
Must be capable of overnight travel up to 50% of the time, or as required.
