Product Engineer Role – To coordinating production and building networking products.
Support and manage development stage system assembly and testing. Need to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team to review product status and quality.
Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.
Control schedule and on time delivery
Improve system process for better quality and customer satisfaction.
Come out support document to make sure product successful.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences
3-5 years of Product Engineer experience
5+ years of hands-on switch product experience is a plus
Experience in manufacturing process
Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members
Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different groups
Effective written and reading skills in both English and Mandarin.
