ER Case Management Specialist

Role Overview

• Support the business with the management of employee relations cases
• Provide professional advice, support and guidance to managers and employees on various topics
• Investigations to resolve employee complaints and grievances
• Collaborate with other areas of work to keep up with business activity and strategy

Requirements

• Practical ER Case management experience in an HR/ER function
• Prior experience of practical ER case management or advisory on complex matters
• Experience managing HR/ER matters across UK would be an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid appreciation of the importance of recognizing cultural and geographic sensitivities
• Excellent analytical and data skills, including intermediate use of Excel
