Role Overview
- Take responsibility for assigned sub categories within a wider IT based Category
- Ensure end-to-end commercial, contractual and relationship lifecycle value
- Responsible for tactical contract reviews and sourcing activity
- Engaging proactively with Hiscox stakeholders
- Manage portfolio of low/medium complexity spend
- Support stakeholders with service specifications
- Support ESG initiatives with suppliers
- Support the wider IT Sourcing team with reporting and analysis
- Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and supply chain risk
Requirements

- Effective approach to stakeholder management
- Dynamic and self-motivated style
- Good people skills
- Understanding of commercial practices
- Develop good knowledge of category management process and IValua system
- Develop strong negotiation/influencing skills
- Ability to extract, interpret and analyze data
