Spearhead sourcing and procurement strategy across various categories including IT and Telecoms
Oversee a Category Specialist and ensure procurement excellence
Develop and implement category plans aligned with organizational objectives
Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
Manage sourcing lifecycle activities, including strategy development and tendering
Drive measurable cost savings and value creation through supplier optimization
Oversee supplier and contract management, ensuring compliance and performance

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) or equivalent designation preferred
3–5 years of category management experience
Expertise managing complex, high-spend, high-risk procurement categories
Experience in running RFPs, drafting contracts, and delivering savings
Strong project management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database tools
Effective communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups
