Responsible for identifying, applying for, and managing suitable grants, subsidies, loans and credit options
Support in securing appropriate financing options for growth, product development, innovation and digitalization
Research, evaluate and select suitable funding programs, grants, loans and credit options at regional, national and European levels
Prepare, draft and submit funding and loan applications
Prepare project descriptions, financial plans, business cases, supporting documents and other application materials
Communicate with development banks, public authorities, financial institutions, consultants and external partners
Support ongoing funding and financing processes from application through approval, disbursement and reporting of fund usage
Establish and maintain structured overviews of deadlines, budgets, funding rates, repayment conditions and reporting obligations
Assist in the development of long‑term financing strategies for growth, product development and innovation
Work closely with executive management, finance, product and other internal teams

Experience in grants, financing or loan applications
Experience in researching, applying for or managing grants, subsidies, public funding, loans or credit lines
Understanding of business and financial principles, financial planning, liquidity planning and project budgeting
Confident handling of numbers, deadlines, formal requirements and application documentation
Very good written and spoken German
Structured, reliable and independent working style
Strong communication skills when dealing with authorities, banks, funding agencies and external partners
Ideally: knowledge of funding programs for startups, digitalization, technology, gaming, software development or the cultural and creative industries
