Break down overall targets into goals by channel, region, and individual, with daily and weekly tracking.
Manage and develop the planning team with a focus on productivity and Kovi’s core values.
Define and monitor funnel KPIs (stage conversion rates, lead-to-deal, sales cycle, average ticket, productivity per salesperson).
Design and manage the commission/incentive model, ensuring alignment between desired behaviors and variable compensation.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
Build and maintain performance dashboards for leadership.
Produce forecasts and scenario analyses to support capacity and investment decisions.
Work closely with Marketing (lead volume and quality), Collections (quality of the approved base), and CX (driver post-sale experience).

Experience coordinating or managing teams, preferably in planning;
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with performance management driven by data;
Experience building performance control and management mechanisms (KPIs, monitoring routines, dashboards, and commission models);
Strong planning ability, translating strategic objectives into executable goals, priorities, and action plans;
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and strong analytical skills (advanced Excel and SQL);
Proactive in solving complex problems and implementing structural improvements for the business;
Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions that directly impact area results;
Clear and assertive communication, with skill in mediating conflicts and aligning interests across different departments and hierarchical levels;
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high cadence environment with strong cross-functional collaboration;
