Modularization and platform approach to consolidate and modularize the tooling and integration landscape
Engineering processes and release management with backlog handling in GitLab
Act as the interface between Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure
Support the expansion and technical implementation of Co‑Pilot and AI features

Several years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Software Engineer with a coordination focus, ideally in a SaaS or e‑commerce environment
Experience with GitLab or comparable tools
Strong understanding of API architectures, OAuth flows, plugin systems, integration architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps principles, microservices, and modern web architectures
Ability to understand, assess, and translate technical contexts into concrete requirements
Ability to identify technical dependencies and find pragmatic solutions
Self-driven, hands‑on working style with strong execution capability
Interest in current developments in the SaaS and AI space
Strong communication skills in German and English
