Role Overview
- Lead Program Manager for end-to-end program management from quotation support to serial production
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements in quality, cost, and delivery
- Establish, maintain and continuously improve project management processes
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and sales
- Build and develop a competent and high-performing program management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, Mechanical, Materials or Automotive-related fields
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management in the automotive components industry
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and related tools
- Proficient in English for daily verbal and written business communication
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office / ERP / PLM systems
