Maintenance Technician 2

Role Overview

• Provide assistance to production crews in mechanical and machine operations
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure spares availability
• Complete maintenance functions of all utilities like cranes, sand plant, compressors, grinders, etc.
• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, (AC & DC) under supervision
• Build electrical control cabinets under supervision
• Perform repairs on electronic equipment under supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (preferred where applicable)
• Minimum of two (2) years of technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
• At least one (1) year of mechanical experience, including hydraulics, electronics repair, or related applications
• Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred
• Four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical documents preferred
