Perform internal data and image capture of wind turbine blades using crawler and manual (human-assisted) inspection methods, in accordance with project scope.
Provide field support to subcontractors during internal inspection operations (crawler and manual), ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards.
Perform pre-evaluation/pre-processing of collected material (crawler and manual): verify coverage, focus, lighting, sequence, file integrity, and any required quality parameters.
Validate and corroborate the quality of data/images captured by subcontractors, requesting corrections or recaptures when necessary.
Organize, label, and forward validated material to the analysis team, ensuring traceability (turbine/blade/face, dates, field observations).
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams on Zeitview or other OEM technologies.
Define collection strategy for projects based on project requirements.
Plan and assist in the development of operations training and workflows.
Communicate with local stakeholders to determine operational requirements.
Travel to and from remote job sites throughout LATAM.
Requirements
Experience performing internal inspections of wind turbines and blades.
Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification — required.
Brazilian driver’s license (CNH
Category B) — required.
ART certification — highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Experience implementing and managing client Scope of Work (SOW) objectives.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders and reach consensus.
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work at heights.
Ability to work outdoors year-round.
