Improve our monitoring, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
Automate and industrialize infrastructure and deployment processes.
Guide development teams on platform and cloud topics and best practices.
Own initiatives independently, from design through production rollout.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering.
At least 2 years of development experience.
Strong expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
Experience with containerized environments and modern cloud architectures.
Good understanding of scalability and operational challenges of SaaS platforms.
Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
Ability to automate via scripting or development (Bash, Python, TypeScript, Go...).
Ability to work autonomously and own end-to-end initiatives.
Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable in a developing environment that still requires structure.
