About this role
Role Overview
- Coordinate administrative activities throughout AV projects, from order handling to project completion.
- Manage orders, documentation, and project-related communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support our Sales Specialists, Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders with project administration and coordination.
- Ensure accurate information flows between teams to create efficient and successful project deliveries.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, administration, order management, or similar customer-facing operational roles.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience working in business systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or the AV business is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, in both Swedish and English, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
