Manage the full order-handling process including import, shipment coordination, documentation, and deliveries
Key in orders into our ERP system and update accordingly
Communicating daily with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
Tracking shipments and ensuring timelines are met
Supporting invoice handling and administrative tasks
Proactively solving issues and keeping stakeholders updated

3-5 years’ experience in logistics
Experience working in international trading and domestic sales
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Customer-focused, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
Curious and eager to learn new things
Comfortable working virtually from home utilizing Teams and other technology
Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams
Additional assets: CITT or education in supply chain
Experience working with chemical commodity products
Familiar with Hazmat, GHS, EPA, FDA is a plus
