Be the initial point of contact for both our clients and candidates by fulfilling routine and complex requests and offering support were needed
Ensure clients needs are met by having selected and maintained the best nurses or carers for their needs
Plan rotas and make decisions on nurses’ suitability for particular shifts and availability
Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have previous experience in customer service or administration
Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Be driven to learn and grow your skillset to improve performance on a daily basis
