Account Manager – Patient Care

Role Overview

• Territory development & sales
• Manage relationships with clinics and hospitals in your region
• Increase revenue, margin and market penetration
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting, consulting, product trials, negotiations, closing)
• Strategic market development
• Analyze market, process and decision-making structures
• Identify potentials and develop business plans
• Financial responsibility for your territory
• Communicate and negotiate with procurement, nursing and medical staff
• Build long-term, resilient customer relationships
• Initiate and implement projects (e.g., standardization, process optimization, product innovations)
• Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in the CRM
• Prepare realistic forecasts
• Plan and manage your sales activities in a structured way

Requirements

• Degree in business/economics or solid sales experience
• Proven track record in a demanding sales environment
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
• Work independently, be goal-oriented and have high drive
• Convince customers through your presence and communication skills
• Ideally, experience in the hospital or medical device environment
• Business-fluent German and good command of English
• Confident user of MS Office
