Role Overview

• Oversee and direct the organization's health, safety, and environmental engineering efforts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement best practices in engineering-related safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into business processes.
• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HSE Engineering
• 5+ years of leadership and direct team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HSE engineering with organizational goals
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Continuous learning and development
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in manufacturing and construction business practices
• Certification in HSE or a related field
• Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
